January 1, 2028: Annual cost-of-living adjustment under A.R.S. 23-363(B), based on the August-to-August change in CPI. The Industrial Commission of Arizona publishes the new rate in late September (the 2027 poster went up September 25, 2026). (azica.gov)

Tipped employees may be paid up to $3.00 an hour less than the minimum wage if tips make up the difference.
azica.gov blocks scripted requests, so the 2027 poster was read by hand in a browser. The Commission's 2026 press release (https://www.azica.gov/sites/default/files/2025-10/2026%20Minimum%20Wage.pdf) says the rate went from $14.70 to $15.15 on January 1, 2026.
The Act doesn't apply to people employed by a parent or sibling and some other groups (see the poster's exemptions section).
