How is this data checked?
Every rate comes from the state, city or county's own notice or ordinance. A script refetches each source and checks that the exact sentence and the number are still there, and we recheck before each January and July.
Rates come from the official sources linked on this page, checked on the dates shown. This is data, not legal advice: confirm with the official source before relying on it. Found a mistake? Email hello@bankday.dev.
