January 1, 2028: Annual adjustment by the employment cost index (wages and salaries, all civilian workers, 12 months ending June 30). The Labor Commissioner announces it each October 15 (CGS 31-58(j)). (cga.ct.gov)

Good to know

Tipped cash wages are fixed dollar amounts in CGS 31-60(d): $6.38 an hour for hotel and restaurant service staff other than bartenders, and $8.23 for bartenders who customarily receive tips. They don't rise with the minimum wage.
Outside the hotel and restaurant industry, the gratuity credit can't exceed 35 cents an hour (CGS 31-60(b)).
Minors under 18 (not emancipated) may be paid 85% of the minimum wage for their first 90 days, or $10.10 if that is higher, under CGS 31-58(i). Exact dollar amounts aren't published, so this isn't a variant here.
