January 1, 2028: Inflation indexing resumes. FloridaCommerce says the $15.00 rate applies from September 30, 2026 to December 31, 2027, and from September 2027 the rate will be adjusted for inflation each year, taking effect the following January 1. The tipped direct wage stays $3.02 below the minimum wage. (floridajobs.org)
