No 2027 increase: HB 567 (2025) rewrote RSMo 290.502 so the rate stays at $15.00 after January 1, 2026, with no inflation adjustment (the current statute only lists $13.75 for 2025 and $15.00 from January 1, 2026). If the federal rate rises above it, the federal rate applies.
Tipped employees: at least 50% of the minimum wage in cash ($7.50), with tips making up the rest.
