Good to know

Tips can't be credited toward the minimum wage (Nev. Const. art. 15, sec. 16(4)), so tipped employees get the full rate.
No scheduled increase: the rate changes only if the federal minimum wage goes above $12 or the Legislature sets a higher rate. The Labor Commissioner's 2025 annual bulletin (effective July 1, 2025) also lists $12.00.
One rate for everyone since July 1, 2024: the lower rate for employers offering health benefits ended (Labor Commissioner bulletins).
Daily overtime after 8 hours applies to employees earning less than 1.5 times the minimum wage.
