January 1, 2028: Annual CPI-W adjustment (September to August) under Article II, Section 34a of the Ohio Constitution. The Department of Commerce announces the rate and the new gross receipts threshold by September 30, 2027. (com.ohio.gov)

Tipped employees are those who customarily and regularly receive more than $30 a month in tips.
The variants leave tipped_cash null: Commerce says smaller employers pay the federal minimum wage but doesn't state a tipped cash wage for them.
